ALERT SERVICES are supplied by ICAP CRIF upon a written agreement between ICAP CRIF and its customers and on condition that the relative fees of ICAP CRIF have been prepaid.
ALERT SERVICES contain commercial and financial data on entities focusing on events which may affect their contractual behavior ("Information"). It is pointed out that:

• The customers shall treat the Information as confidential, only for their internal use.
• The Information is indicative and is not warranted to be complete, accurate or updated.
• The Information may not be considered as economic or other advice from ICAP CRIF to its customer so as he makes a transaction or not.
• Should the Information contain personal data, ICAP CRIF is acting as a data processor on behalf of the customer, who shall inform the data subject in accordance with the articles 11, 12 & 13 of Law 2472/1997 and shall obtain the consent of the data subject for processing its data.
• The customers shall have been aware and have accepted the Terms of Use of this site.
